Shipping Methods & Timeframes

• Standard Shipping (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad): 3-5 business days
• Standard Shipping (Other Cities): 5-7 business days
• Express Shipping: 1-2 business days (Major cities only)

Shipping Costs

• Orders under PKR 2,000: PKR 300 flat rate
• Orders PKR 2,000 - PKR 5,000: PKR 500 flat rate
• Orders PKR 5,000+: FREE SHIPPING

Packaging & Handling
All CLENA skincare products are carefully packaged in secure, protective materials. Glass bottles and serums receive extra care during packaging to prevent damage during transit.

• Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad: 3-5 business days
• Rawalpindi, Multan, Faisalabad: 5-7 business days
• Remote and Northern Areas: 7-10 business days

Payment & Delivery Options

Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive within the stated timeframe, please contact us at support@clena.com within 7 days. We will provide a full replacement or refund.

Customs & Duties
No customs duties apply for domestic shipping within Pakistan. All applicable taxes are included in the price.
